RIHANNA shot down rumors that she’s been seeing pro baseball player Matt Kemp on a radio show Thursday morning. The singer was on Los Angeles radio show Valentine in the Morning on 104.3 MY FM, when she opened up about her dating life.

When asked about her date for the Grammy awards, Rihanna said, “”I’m going to the Grammys alone, as always! Even when I was in a relationship, I always have gone alone.” Bored with the game, Rihanna went on, “I’m still single, if that’s what you really want to ask!”

Rihanna and Kemp were spotted earlier this month kissing on a yacht in Cabo San Lucas. The two later appeared together at a Los Angeles Clippers game. When asked about the racy Cabo pictures, Rihanna said of the trip, “It was a blast!”

Jay-Z, Kanye West and Rihanna are jointly nominated for a Grammy for “Run This Town,” for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. Of the nomination, Rihanna said, “This was actually the first piece of music we did since the last Grammys. It’s exciting that it’s nominated.”

Rihanna was scheduled to perform at last year’s Grammy awards, but the appearance was canceled after a violent incident in which then-boyfriend Chris Brown admitted to beating her.

With more than 14,000 Facebook fans and the event trending on Google, don’t be surprised if you see random Gaga look-a-likes when you’re out tonight.

Lady Gaga’s rabid fans have come up with a new way of celebrating their favorite singer with National Lady Gaga Day. A facebook group dedicated to the Friday, Jan. 29, event has more than 14,000 fans who say they’re attending by partying in tribute to the pop star.

he facebook page explains the holiday: “What better way to celebrate the celebrity that brought us Fame, Sex and Music? And celebrate our “inner freak” that Gaga allows (and wants) us to be. Basically, this is a day for everyone to celebrate her! Dress like her, sing, dance, have themed parties, wear a kermit the frog jacket, ect. JUST HAVE FUN!”

That’s right, if you want to celebrate National Lady Gaga Day, it sounds like you just need the urge to lip sync to her songs (and who doesn’t?) and maybe break out some glitter, and you’re set. Unfortunately the event may eclipse another Friday holiday: Kansas Day. Our sympathies to fans of the Kansas state song, Home on the Range.

Lady Gaga is scheduled to make an appearance at the Grammy awards Sunday with a mystery duet partner. Rumors have been swirling that Gaga may be performing with none other than another flamboyant pianist turned pop star, Elton John.

As Lindsay Lohan’s assistant, Jenni Muro works closely with the Mean Girls star, and she seems just as concerned as Lindsay’s dad Michael about the 23-year-old’s well-being.

In a phone call to Lindsay’s father Michael, Jenni said:

I am trying to save your daughter’s life every day.

She is another mess, she’s no better than she was two years ago and she knows that. If I wasn’t around she would be in grave danger.

I gave up everything, my boyfriend and my dog and my parents and my new place in LA, everything just so your daughter doesn’t kill herself.`

Jenni also spoke of her concerns about Lindsay relationship with on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson, saying she was obsessed with the DJ but assured Michael that the actress has no other problems with addiction. She told him in the phone call broadcast on website Radaronline.com: “It’s an unhealthy relationship with Samantha because I don’t ever think she knew love before and this is what she thinks it is, maybe it maybe it isn’t, I don’t know but it’s her only addiction right now.”

Michael recently spoke of his fears for his daughter, saying she has an addiction to prescription drugs which he fears will kill her. He said: “I want my daughter off prescription medication. She never needed it in her life… I’m not going to watch my daughter die. Hate me now, but you love me more later because I’m gonna turn her life around.”

According to the latest headlines, a fundraiser for a local non-profit group got the surprise of a lifetime when PRETTY RICKY decided to stop by for a visit. But then they almost immediately left, leaving lots of people disappointed and angry.

THE GATEWAY HIGHSTEPPERS, a Kansas City, Kansas, dancing and drumming corp, organized the fundraiser held last Saturday at Kansas city, Kansas, Community college. The event, the groups largest fundraiser of the year, included a dance competition which brought in nearly 2,000 kids and parents.

As told to Fox 4KC: “This is our big way of making money to repair our bus, to purchase uniforms, feed our children, offer tutoring,” said Laveda Davis of the KCK Highsteppers. She says that a promotional group out of Atlanta offered to have Pretty Ricky stop by the event to meet and greet the children, a prospect that she says thrilled her.

But when the group arrived at the event, Davis says that they refused to enter the building.

“The manager said if we didn’t send half of the money made in the fundraiser…they weren’t going to enter the building,” said Davis, who says that when the kids inside found out that Pretty Ricky wasn’t coming inside, the event turned to mayhem.

“(The kids) were upset and crying, young girls crying,” said Davis.

The promotional group out of Atlanta which organized the visit confirmed Davis’ story to FOX 4, saying that Pretty Ricky arrived at the event, saw the large crowd, and demanded a cut of the receipts.

But Blue Star Records, Pretty Ricky’s label, calls the allegations a lie, saying that the group thought that someone was charging money to see them, which they never agreed to, and said that they simply wanted to get paid.

Blue Star Records says that the group does promotional events all of the time, and that Pretty Ricky is willing to come back and do an event for the Highsteppers, but Davis says that nobody has talked to her about that, and that she is not interested.

The label explained that nobody ever told Pretty Ricky that the event was a fundraiser, but Davis says that’s not true.

“It wasn’t about the youth or Kansas City,” said Davis. “They were about themselves and making a profit.”

FERGIE may not be so proud of her past, but she’s certainly not afraid to talk about it — even if her publicist practically throws a fit every time she does. The First Lady of the Black Eyed Peas chatted it up in an interview with Britain’s Times newspaper, openly talking about her drug-filled days. “It started with ecstasy,” she said. “I loved ecstasy. Loved it, loved it. It was great at first, then it just went…” Down.

Fergie has also admitted she used to have a crystal meth problem. She’d been harassed in the past about rumors that she was so drugged up once that she spent 8 hours talking to a hamster. Finally, years ago, she corrected an interviewer about the story: It was a hamper, not a furry rodent. And, sadly, the rest was true.

The 34-year-old singer got it together, though. She’s put out plenty of hits, married actor Josh Duhamel, and has managed to stay in the spotlight — for mostly good reasons (there was that stage-wetting thing in 2005, but whatever). And, maybe most importantly, she’s been clean for over 10 years. Still, it wasn’t a walk in the park getting clean, and coming this far. “It’s an epidemic, and it’s important to talk about it because it’s a very, very hard thing to stop,” she said.
